The state has ordered the closure of businesses arbitrarily without regard to anything other than emotional panic. They have ordered book stores closed but allow Walmart and Target to sell books. The state says NO to toy stores and hobby shops who sell products that are in high demand with bored children but  say YES to big box stores selling the exact same items.

The state closed all in-restaurant dinning under the guise of safety but allows restaurants to still deliver. The single driver delivering for 10 different restaurants while also serving as a taxi driver poses more risk than the customers at a restaurant ever did.

The state shut down salons and barbers for the same reason as restaurants but unlike restaurants, stylist are not allowed to come to your home to perform their services. Barbers and stylist who perform house calls risk loosing their state license permanently if they don't comply.

The citizens of Kentucky deserve an even and fair playing field. A field free of restrictions where customers and patrons can take responsibility for their own safety and choose whether they want to leave home or not.
